I nursed my dad in his last days from stage 4 metastatic lung and spinal cancer, it was hard to watch,bits heart breaking, I can't stand people that lie about it

Enjoyed today's video. Seems to me that Isla is a compulsive liar whose lies finally caught up with her, not that they weren't already. Cancer is a devastating disease that leaves survivors who are traumatized and scarred by their fight with it. I do not like it when people lie and say they have cancer, but we live in a society where lying about terminal illnesses is almost commonplace now.

I hate pathological liars, period. They can be so destructive with their lies. This kind of thing can destroy relationships and people. I found Isla to be interesting, though.
I have a sister who is a pathological liar. She lies about things that don't even need to be lied about like where she's going or what she's going to cook for supper. Totally innocent things. I estranged myself from her a long time ago. And, yes, her life is an absolute shit show.

I hate liars and once I come to accept people are liars, I refuse to respect them. My MIL is a liar and she costed me a relationship with my step daughter due to that, I refuse to have a relationship with her and my step daughter bc she had ample of opportunities to let me know how she felt. So I understand OP position in this, I just don't have patience to accept people who were decieved my opinion is that you are blessed with a brain that helps you question, taking anyone at thier word requires f/u and fact checks. I do this daily if I am wrong I just admit it, and apologize. With my friends and family and my children I am firm believer to provide receipts and proof and somehow the truth always reveals itself without needing to provide the receipts. So no matter who it is, always question what's being said if it can't be proven its a lie and support, respect and trust goes out the Window.

As someone who actually has cancer people who lie about that for their own gain really piss me off. So many people do that that it makes it difficult for those of us who are actually ill. After I lost my hair the first time (this is my second bout with cancer), I would get the stink eye from so many people and a couple actually outright accused me of lying to get attention.
Once, in an Albertsons, these teenaged girls were following me around and making snide comments. Then one made moves to take my head covering off. I was able to back up so she didn't touch me but they then accused me of lying about having cancer. So, I took the head covering off and showed them my bald glory. Two of the three took off running and the other one stumbled through "Oh my God I'm so sorry". Asshats.
Shit sucks, man.
At least one of them had the decency to show contrition - there's hope for her, and hopefully her attitude will rub off on her friends. I wish you well for the future. ❤

The background noise is seizure city for us. I can’t stand it. They really need to change it. Yes, I know, some people may like it, and reflects epilepsy is surprisingly rare. But Jesus Christ! This is not music, this is pain put to a musical staff!
