have it on my ZX14. The sound hits you right in the chest on that bike. Super loud with a very low note. I can hear it throb all the way into my house. Was in the end to much. Put the DB insert into the one I have along with a DB killer insert in the exhaust. Still has a beautiful sound but so much for livable. I ride for hours and the extreme sound does start to tire you out some.
Awesome! I bet it sounds great on the ZX14. Your ZX14 was probably a lot louder without the db killer than my 600 with more than double the displacement lol. I don't do a whole lot of long rides on that bike any more since I prefer the Vulcan for comfort, but yeah, after a while it can be a bit rough on the ears for sure.
@@FoulNews You know it!! It was like waking up Godzilla. Those yosh pipes are the best! Also my cats were deleted. Just had to pull it back a little. Although I get people pulling up at lights and asking me rev it up! Did notice a few things on the ZX14... without the backpressure it really popped and totally backfired a lot... enough with the backfire I could feel it in the seat. Also now the idle seems a little smoother as well as the slow speed throttle control. Just seems she needed some of that backpressure. Stay safe and keep the rubber side down!
Awesome, thank you for letting me know! Yeah when I get off of it at high RPM, I'll get the occasional bang and I've been told there's been a flame or two lol.
I just checked out some old track footage and it looks like it never exceeded 200 on the track. In hot traffic, I think it's been up to about 210 before, but I don't recall it ever going up to 225.
Hi mate looking at one of these. Is it too loud? i cant tell exactly from the video. i want something between stock and full on loud toce exhaust. Also did u ecu flash the bike after? any power increases?
Hello, I wouldn't say that it's too loud at all. This exhaust came with a baffle too, that quiets it down even further, but I prefer it without the baffle. I'm not sure if it was flash tuned since the previous owner had already installed the exhaust, but it does run very smoothly. I will probably get a Power Commander or similar in the future. Overall, I'd recommend the exhaust. In person it sounds excellent.
@@FoulNews don't waste money on a power commander. Just send your ecu to a company like moore mafia and have them put a tune on it for your mods and remove any restrictions

It’s the 3/4 exhaust. Basically full. Mine used to spit flames lol

Sounds bloody nice
Thanks!
Sounds great! Nice riding too - nothing idiotic, like some of the other videos. Really cool track footage as well!
Thanks!
Cuting Edge sound of Yoshi love it❤
They do make some great pipes!
Cool stuff man nice riding
Thanks!
This is what’s called a mid pipe. It looks like stock headers, however, it sounds like after market headers.......
You look like the Bay Area rapper "BERNER" lol
Just gotta shave my head to complete the look 😂😂
Atleast he didn’t take out the clip where it didn’t start at the beginning lol I was gonna say stator and rectifier??
Fortunately just a dead battery lol. Sitting for months in the cold, even with a tender didn't work out well. Battery was replaced later that Spring.
Has your bike ever gotten up to 225 degrees

225 is quite normal tbh. My older 2004 gsxr1000 went to 228. Your good.

How did you remove the baffle?
What track is this?
This was at NJMP on the Thunderbolt track.
I really hope you didnt ride it on that old oil 😂
I probably did lol
Stock headers not full exhaust
That's a slip on exhaust you still have a cat
