Thank you for showing how to roll the quilt. I’m a visual person . Would it be possible for you to do some quilting even if just simple quilting. I totally understand and appreciate what you’ve shown. I have a queen size I’m about ready to start, this will be a big help.
I am trying to make my first quilt (70”x60”) using a minkee backing, a midloft poly batting and a cotton pieced top. I was very careful putting together the quilt sandwich and pinned it every 3-4 inches. I made many mistakes with thread tension and struggled with the walking foot, but I seemed to get in a groove and straight line quilted at a diagonal to crosshatch quilt. The minkee wrinkled into wavy lumps across the back without me noticing at the third line of diagonal stitching. I have now been ripping out all the quilting stitches because I think the tension issues messed up the first two lines of quilting. Sorry sorry sorry this is so long but I am just so upset. I just want to know what I did wrong so I can do it right the second time! Help, please!

Good info but, QAYG is much easier than quilting the entire quilt in one piece.
