That's what I have noticed too. He tries to diminish mbappe's action with messi giving a look to hakimi. But I it's completely acceptable for messi. Im an Inter fan and i've never seen hakimi did this before, i think there is something wrong with PSG team's harmony; they don't act like a team at all.
PSG has lacked harmony for awhile now. I remember reading stories from like 4 years ago talking about how the dressing room was divided up into 3 or 4 little groups that didn't interact with each other much. I feel bad for good young players like Hakimi who have to try and figure out who to please or who is going to get mad at you for not passing to them or whatever. PSG will never win the Champions League as long as the team doesn't act like a team.

I really think at the end of the day this comes down to the owner and management that promised Mbappe all these things. Mbappe needs to realize the generational talent he gets to work w in Messi and Neymar and not take it for granted. He needs to mature and look at the bigger picture of it all.
