    where it count custom create status?

    • @CodingWithBoolie
      @CodingWithBoolie Месяц назад

      Can you explain more about what you mean by where it counts custom create status? You can manage your custom status using this plugin in WooCommerce >> Order Status. Everything is in there for you to see and manage. When you change your order status in WooCommerce >> Orders, you should see your custom statuses in the dropdown box, "Status."

    You can attach some file (such a PDF) in a new status email ? Basically attach some file after you change to a new status (example a digital credential ID).

      @DoodlingWebDesigns  9 месяцев назад +1

      Hi Edgard! I don't think you can attach a file or a PDF file in your WooCommerce order unless you use a specific plugin for it. For example, you can use Order Attachments for WooCommerce, Product Attachments for WooCommerce, or Customer Upload Files for WooCommerce, and so on. Let me know if that helps.

    sneding email notification is not working while it's working for default order status,
    no working with custome order status but working with default order status....
    Even if I use the same tempalte, can someone help ?

    • @DoodlingWebDesigns
      @DoodlingWebDesigns  5 месяцев назад

      Did you check the WooCommerce "Emails" settings if the "Enable this email notification" check box is checked? On that page, just click on your custom order status name to go to its email template. I just tested this plugin again with my custom order, it still works alright. I still get an email notification in my mailbox about my order when I change my order to the custom order status I created. Let me know if that helps!

    Hey miss I appreciate your help all that was mentioned has been applied however in my case i created a “delivered” section but, the problem for me is that it’s not showing/sending, every other email sends but not the delivered email, any ideas what may I have done wrong?

    • @DoodlingWebDesigns
      @DoodlingWebDesigns  4 месяца назад

      Can you double check your WooCommerce settings and go to the emails or something like that? In there, find the ‘Delivered’ status and click it. Check if the box for sending email is enabled or checked.

    Hi, When I try to edit the email template, it shows the same template for all the custom orders. Please help. Thanks.

    • @DoodlingWebDesigns
      @DoodlingWebDesigns  Месяц назад

      Hi there! This is a custom order plugin and it doesn't come with a different email template for each custom order. You may need to use an email template plugin (like Email Template Customizer for WooCommerce by VillaTheme) to custoimize each order with a different email template. All in all, the plugins work together but in a separate feature. Let me know if that helps.

      @@DoodlingWebDesigns sadly my site had problem with this plugin :( I was not able to visit admin panel after installing this plugin. can you please recommend something similar?

    • @DoodlingWebDesigns
      @DoodlingWebDesigns  7 месяцев назад

      @@PIXELvoiz Sorry, the plugin in the video doesn't work out for your website. Maybe you can try "Advanced Custom Order Status for WooCommerce" by StorePlugin. Some top plugins cost money, this one is free but there are only over 100 installations. Another one is "Custom Order Status for WooCommerce" by Tyche Softwares. This one has about over 10,000 installations but it has about 3 out of 5 ratings. So, you might want to try them out if they'll give your other plugins in your website any conflicts.

    hi, where can I add Shippent carried and tracking number for each order?

    • @DoodlingWebDesigns
      @DoodlingWebDesigns  9 месяцев назад

      Hi there! You can add the tracking number or additional information for each order in the "Add note" box which is located in the "Order notes" section for each order. It's located on the right of the screen. After you're done adding something in that section, click " the Update" button, and the WooCommerce system in your store will send out an email to that customer again about the notes you just added.

    This plugin serves also for wommerce connected with print on demand?

    • @DoodlingWebDesigns
      @DoodlingWebDesigns  Год назад +1

      Hi there, thanks for the question! This plugin works with a Print on demand plugin too. It’s integrated with WooCommerce’s order statuses. So, you should be able add more custom order statuses in your WooCommerce store and it doesn’t matter what type of e-commerce WooCommerce store you have. It should work.

      Hi there! Maybe the plugin has a conflict with one of your existing plugins. You may want to try to disable one plugin at a time to find which one causes a conflict or the error. If the culprit plugin that causes the plugin in the video to have the error and you can't live without your plugin, maybe this plugin in the video is not a good solution for your site.

    • @DoodlingWebDesigns
      @DoodlingWebDesigns  Год назад

      @@mohammadhzakir1380 Maybe you have a plugin that has a conflict with this plugin somehow. Things like this can happen. Why don't you try to disable one plugin at a time to see which one would be a conflict one? Also, make sure you update everything in your website. If this doesn't work, maybe this plugin is not for your site. You might want to find a new plugin.

      Hey there :),
      Who is hosting the website?
      You may need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to update your PHP version. If you have access to cPanel then you’ll be able to manually update the PHP yourself. Alternately contact your hosting provider. They'll be able to update your PHP version for you.
      Hope this helps.
