At 19:30 Sri. Mrigendra Vinod-ji says he could not find reference of Nrishihma in Veda. He is not aware of "manyu sUkta" of Rig Veda. The Rishi for this sUkta is Bheemasena. Achrya Madhva says (in his Rig Bhashya) that; smarannrisimhaM bhagavantaM IshwaraM sa-manyusUktaM cha dadarsha bhaktyA yastE manyO ityatO nArasimhaM sOmaM tasmai chArpayaccchONitAkhyaM After killing Dussasana, the mighty Bhima, remembered shrI.nrisimha and praised Him by reciting the "manyu-sUkta" and offered the blood of Dussasana as the sOma-rasa to nrisimha in that yajnA of war. As the common meaning holds that "manyu" is anger ie., rudra. However, shrI dhIrEndra tIrtha (Dvaita school) interprets manyu as nrisimha who is the internal controller of rudra (manyu) and says that etymologically, the word "manyu" has it's root as "manu-avabOdhanE" ie., the Knowledge / Embodiment of Knowledge. Here, shrI.dhIrEndra swamiji beautifully puts as: manu avabOdhana ityataH yajimanishundhidashijanibhyO yujiti yucch pratyayE "manyu" riti siddhyati By this, definitely Narsihma is indeed adhi-devta of Manyu-SuktaM of Rig Veda.

At 26:45, Sri Mrigendra-ji says that as per his study, all glorification of puraNa-s as panchama veda should be treated as just glorification only. I am afraid this is not correct. Purana-s do play source of valid knowledge (pramANa) in our jignyAsa. Acharya Madhva quotes brahmANDa purANa in this regard ; RigAdyA bhArataM chaiva paJNcharAtramathAkhilam.h | mUlarAmAyaNaM chaiva purANaM chaitadAtmakam.h || ye cha anuyAyinastveshhAM sarve te cha sadAgamAH | durAgamastadanye ye tairna j~neyo janArdanaH || j~neya etaissadA yuktairbhaktimadbhiH sunishhThitaiH | na cha kevalatarkeNa nAxajena na kenachit.h | kevalAgamavij~neyo bhaktaireva na chAnyathA || -- iti brahmANDe Translation: " vEda-s starting from Rg, and the pancharAtra in their entirety, the mUla rAmAyaNa in its entirety, and those purAaNa-s that follows the previous.
