Nice. The face of the Greek god Zeus on the album cover is from the game-CD cover art for the PC-game Age of Mythology (from the developers of Age of Empires). They've edited the art here, of course, Zeus wasn't as pimped out in the original. I still love that game.
That's Zeus. I'm not an expert in Greek mythology, but isn't he the god of the sky (lightning and thunder etc), and the leader of the Greek pantheon? You might be thinking of Ares, god of war (which is not the god in the album cover)?

It seems then like the answer to your question would be that the artists are a also gamers/nerds apart from being producers of psychedelic trance. :D Maybe they've put in even more gaming references that we haven't spotted? You see, Zeus in the album cover art is also from a game, namely the RTS classic, Age of Mythology.
