The terrorist mob was fighting to open the doors to get to the politicians. If she hasn't been a part of that, she wouldn't be dead. It's not like she was forced to go there. Her decisions led to her death, nobody else's. Although I regret her death, it was better than she was the one who died rather than an innocent person. She made the decision to try to overthrow democracy. The officer who shot her was doing his job, protecting people who work in the Capitol.

The autopsy says he died of stroke, yet I'm sure that being attacked & beaten by a mob wouldn't have helped. Who's to say that the strokes weren't caused by the terrorism? Look at the crowds that were at both the Capitol riot and the civil rights riots last summer.
Take away all of the truly non-violent demonstrators last summer. You're left with mostly local thugs who were not organized and had little understanding of government and partisan politics. None were supported by the Democratic party.

The President, who could have any professional security he wanted, had his people hire insurrectionists who had their own "emergency response team" with firearms - illegal to carry at the Capitol - ten minutes away. The President told them to "fight like hell". His lawyer said, "Let's have trial by combat!" as he cheered him on.

9.State rep Vernon Jone assisted to rally up the Rioters right before the insurrection.

I hope that there’s a support group for all the police officers who were trying to protect the Capitol. I’m sure many are suffering from PTSD from the insurrection.
Just think that if they can turn their backs on these officers that they potentially see everyday then what makes you think they wouldn't turn on you?
