PV is about half a year older. It’s full of accounts played from the very first day of the game. The upgrades are insane in all aspect! Lvl wise Technology wise Topping wise
If you are playing just for fun PV will serve you well in the aspect of active players, guilds! But if you are very competitive. You’ll be exhausted trying to keep up with those accounts started months earlier! If you are choosing pv as your server, it’s better to takeover someone’s account that they’d like to rest or stop playing!
