I'm going to order some from Amazon because I doubt any stores will carry it, up here in northern Michigan. For the meat, I'm going to substitute ground beef for the roast because my husband is not a fan of the texture of roasts from the slow cooker. I'm also going to try the meatloaf. I make my ribs in the instant pot and that’s the only way I’ll ever make them, very tender and putting under the broiler gives it a delicious glaze! Great video Sammi! I have always loved birria, so delicious. I'll have to check out trying to make it myself in the crock pot. They do sell a premade pack at Sam's Club by Del Rio, I think is the brand but this looks more like what you'd get at a taqueria. I love cotija cheese with most of my Mexican dishes (like street corn). As always thanks for sharing ❤
I didnt know there was birria sauce in a jar!! Gonna have to get some of that! When I was about 11, I went to Ensenada with my best friend's family and ate some birria street tacos back then and LOVED them. (at the time I thought they were saying beer-de-ah - because they were rolling the Rs.)

Great video Sammi! I have always loved birria, so delicious. I'll have to check out trying to make it myself in the crock pot. They do sell a premade pack at Sam's Club by Del Rio, I think is the brand but this looks more like what you'd get at a taqueria. I love cotija cheese with most of my Mexican dishes (like street corn). As always thanks for sharing ❤

I didnt know there was birria sauce in a jar!! Gonna have to get some of that! When I was about 11, I went to Ensenada with my best friend's family and ate some birria street tacos back then and LOVED them. (at the time I thought they were saying beer-de-ah - because they were rolling the Rs.)

Hey, Sammi. Was that birria sauce spicy? I'd like to try it but spicy things give me wicked heartburn lately. I love crockpot meatloaf!! I used to make it like that years ago. Now I have to make two meatloaves for my big family (& so my hubby can have leftovers for work). Those ribs turned out perfect... can't wait to try this method. Thanks.
It was a medium heat but the sour cream helped and the cheese 🥰🥰. We love meatloaf here too ....yummy meatloaf sandwiches 🥰🥰. Hope yall enjoy the ribs ❤️❤️❤️
