thank you Jack for a such a video , your video is really helpful because I have an old car 1980 Toyota Corolla & I really want a flame effects on that but due to some reason I couldent , by the way I have 2 question for you can you please tell me what kind of paper or sticker did you use ? no2 on that paper can we use glitter car paint on that ?
You prolly dont care but if you are stoned like me atm then you can watch pretty much all of the new movies and series on InstaFlixxer. Been streaming with my brother for the last months :)
I really like what you have done here. I have a gray metallic pearl paint on my Acura, can I darken the white or should I look for gray pearl or perhaps order the exact color from Honda?
Can i ask if there would be like a testure when you apply your final clear coat to the entire panel...as to where the design would be if you pass your hand over it...just asking...thanks in advance
Aym Goreng I put the reducer in first, then add the pearl. I find this helps in mixing. I like my pearl to be thin, which helps in reducing tip dry. Try half of the paint cup filled as reducer, and a few healthy drops of pearl. For this technique I’m only after the flakes, not the “color.” Hope this helps.
I use the glass cleaner as a cheap "application fluid." Basically, it creates a film between the vinyl and the panel to help me squeegee the air bubbles out. Vinyl can be applied without it, and not get bubbles, but I seem to get better results using some sort of application fluid. Hope that helps...
looks great! The white pearl that you used....was it createx? If so...do you have the i.d. # for it? I might try a ghost image on my next project...thx big guy :)
Jack Bias okay thx. I was able to locate a chart with all the colors..I will pick one up from my local airbrush shop..it will be my first attempt at a ghost image! Caligraphy style wordings. .
Jack Bias hey big guy..thx for the reply. No video yet lol..I got the pearl white. It looks more light than the "sparkle ecent" so I hope it runs through my brush..I only use a lower end brush. .neo by iwata. ..
number5ful I used to have the Iwata Neo. Took it back to the store, but I can't remember why...it was a long time ago, and I think I just wanted the Eclipse...I remember the tip on the Neo being fairly "progressive," so I don't think you'll have any problems. 'Luck
awesome set of vids! I subbed to your channel. ive been air brushing for not even a year yet...Im a goalie and paint goalie masks. Bought a plotter a few weeks ago, and did 2 pimped goalie masks! I will upload pics of them on my channel by Friday. Take a look at them and let me know what you think budz. I need to practice more..keep up the awesome vids :)
You should of paint some art instead of just erasing it. Pearl black is what I am going for thanks. Good idea with the vinyl maybe i just print out a sticky vinyl and paint that. Tape is the same idea vinyl peel of in one go. I'd tape around the vinyl and paint away. I am going with a bigger version of this. Who want to watch hour of taping what an idiot better video my arse.
Pop Wall you’re quite astute. Stylized flames, hot rod flames, ghost flames are very much similar, and are very cartoon-ized. True fire, true flames, and real flames are much different, and look much more like a real world flame. Hope this helps with the accuracy of your future searches.

@Easton Oakley Yea, I've been watching on instaflixxer for since november myself :D
Hey! Well done! What do you use to create/cut your pattern into the vinyl?
nicely done man. keep up the good work!
can you use a clear pearl with clear so it matches existing color ?
I really like what you have done here. I have a gray metallic pearl paint on my Acura, can I darken the white or should I look for gray pearl or perhaps order the exact color from Honda?
I'm trying to paint darker green ghost strips on dark high land green metallic any help

There will be some un-evenness after the clear is applied. If this is an issue, the clear can be wet sanded smooth, then polished.
@@coasmechteranic Thank you very much bro....
i got a 96 impala ss im painting it sliver with red ghost pearl graphics whays best you think i should use the pearl or metal flake
so when trying to get the ghost affect can you use the candy paints
Where can I get those vinyls you used
Hey can I know what’s the ratio for the pearl ? I mean how percent do I need to put the pearl and the thinner ?

Is it like 3/4 for the thinner and 1/4 for the pearl??? And how many layers did u put for the pearl?
What's the glass cleaners job? Please

Jack Bias okay thx. I was able to locate a chart with all the colors..I will pick one up from my local airbrush shop..it will be my first attempt at a ghost image! Caligraphy style wordings. .
number5ful That's gonna be slick. Remember, the pearls like a larger nozzle so that the larger "chunks" can pass through. You doin' a vid?

Doesn't look much like a flame not like a real flaming you see in a fire

mediocre effort, mask, paint surface and results. besides that, good job.
