Really useful vid in regards the baby boomers with white pigment powder. Yup I have played with this, not mastered. Inspired me to have another go 🙂Thank you for your work.
Thanks for watching! Definitely try it again and let me know how it goes😊 I think how it turns out depends how much pigment is on your brush when applying. Less is more.
Because the pigment won’t adhere correctly if you don’t. When you go to finish curing the matte top coat the pigment will stay because it is cured into the matte top coat the last 30sec. Make sense?
I'm new to all this but I been watching ALOT of videos and practicing but one thing I am confused on is the primer.. now I've had the primer that you wait for it to air dry but I was out and went and bought a new one but this one is very different and I'm not so sure what it's even for or how to use it bc it's so different but it's LED/UV BONDER and it needs cured 100% I know that but when n how do I use this. Should. I put it on when you put your primer on or is it used for something else. Also when I have applied it then put tips on . It's to slippy and I can't get the tips to stay on. It's just a cheap brand from Sally's called ibd led bonder adhesive
Are You applying this bonder under full nail tips? If so and you don’t like it purchase a different one. The 3 step system from Daily Charme is amazing….I highly recommend it.

@@ardellesnails Yep I think you are right re less is more, and the right brush. Will let you know how I get on :-)
Beautiful set Ardelle, gorgeous ✨🥰
Thank you! 😘
Wow I've never seen a baby boomer this way! Can you please elaborate on why you used the matter top half cured to apply the pigment?

@@ardellesnails yes! This is what I was thinking, but wanted to make sure. Thanks so much! Definitely will be trying this on my next ombre!
I can’t find non shimmery pigment in the United States 🙈 any help?
Magpie USA
Hi. I've a question... do you put the tip right against your cuticle or do you leave a small gap?
I put them right against just don’t try to put them under
Do you put a base coat on the tips after you buff and clean them?
No you don’t need one
@@ardellesnails Sweet! One less step
Do those last well do they stick are they really strong staying on the nail
Yes

Do you have to use matte top coat or will a gloss also work?
You have to use matte
@@ardellesnails thank you! I’m going to give this a try!
Let me know how it goes! Here’s a more recent one I did with colored pigment ruclips.net/video/BRNrYbAY530/видео.html

Hi in the video you used the short almond shape but in products mentioned it says short oval please clarify thank😊
Your correct sorry….typing error by me, it should have said short almond not short oval. I corrected it thanks for pointing it out 😊
@@ardellesnails thanks for your quick response I appreciate it .
Anytime!
you don't have to etch the natural nail either!?
Yes you always have to remove the shine off of the natural nails
