The little baby really needs to be drinking milk…yes water is good for him…but at this age all they need is milk. It is really important you are feeding that baby enough…which is a bottle every 2 hours if not more. You need to remember that with his real mom he would be eating all day everyday. They are with their moms 24-7 eating, they are NOT like humans with just a couple meals a day…they have many many small meals all day long. So its important that is what you are doing. Make the baby a bottle and let him drink until he is done….you CANNOT SHARE BETWEEN ALL OF THEM… You MUST get the baby his OWN bottle so that you know how much he is eating and to ensure that he is eating enough….so please do get another bottle one for EACH of them bc Nahu also is still very young and also needs bottle every couple hours. It is the milk that has all the nutrition they NEED to grow. As others suggested it would prob be best for the baby to go to grandma. She has more time to properly care for him and ensure he is eating as much as he needs to be. Also, the baby is looking for comfort, love and to feel safe. They cling to their moms all the time. It seems you are leaving him on his own a lot and this is really not good for his development. They NEED to be with someone it is in their nature to cling which is where they learn a lot as well Please hold him, let him cling to you and make sure he is getting as much milk as he NEEDS…
