From his work, it seems it was a very influential experience. He said another guy went there with him and was sent home because his tools were not in good shape. I remember him mentioning using a timer on some tasks.
These videos inspires me tremendously. As Michael Phelps said - Dont put a limit on anything. The more you dream the farther you get.
