This is one of my top favorite songs by Within Temptation. I've listened to it probably more than any other, so I set the bar high for listening to this cover. I'm relieved to say you did not let me down! Every note and every nuance was performed masterfully. Bravo!
She is good. Not great, but the potential to be GREAT is there. I feel 80% of the singing is bang on, could use some refinement. Overall for her age and debuting in music really good. It is some of the later high notes and rolling notes like the "don't walk away!" part, were I feel either the note is off or their is some shaping of the sound issue making my skin crawl in a bad way. It feels like either the note is not being kept well and clean or it is an emotional intent issue. To throw the despair or angst with those words to make them hit home. I interpreted the original songs lines about abandonment, the fear of them leaving you, and those lines to be a cry for attention to her despair for that happening.

Andreea LOVE seeing and hearing. The wider range of groups, and vocals. She has gotten into. This is NOT an easy band to cover, with vocals. She simply gets better and better! BRAVO, n WELL DONE, thumbs up!!

This is brilliant! I wouldn't have thought it possible to sing this without using head voice / mechanism 2 like Sharon does. But Andreea belts it out with all her heart, and it sounds great. With that kind of belting, I wonder if an Unleash the Archers cover is a possibility in the future . . . ?
