Sonic Adventure (RTX Mod): Christmas DLC 1999

I downloaded Sonic Adventure off Steam with a Mod Manager that allowed me to have Dreamcast textures and all the DLC released during the original Dreamcast release of the game. I also installed the RTX Mod.
I'm not sure, but I dont think my Laptop is beefy enough to handle this mod. I'm running an Intel Core i7 CPU and an Nvidia RTX 3050 4GB GPU.
The game was just having terrible framerate until I would focus on putting the RTX settings into performance mode.
Oh, during my playaround of this mod, I found out that within the 1999 Christmas DLC and in the second half of Station Square, a special rendition of Christmas NiGHTS Acapella plays, as oppose to the song found in other stages (hub worlds). Instead of it being an acapella, theres music playing and a girl speaking in Japanese.
