Sun wukong is a character from lego monkie kid and is also if i remember correctly from chinise mythology (correct me if im incorrect) But basically monkey king is basically a hero in the show and MK (monkie kid) is his student or Smth like that hope it helps
Sun wukong is a Chinese mythology characters. He is a monkey that was very mischievous and greedy in the original he was promoted to fared a garden that was full of peaches that would give immortality and as the mischievous monkey he is he kinda just ate them all but in the show Lego monkie kid he had a group with him and some other people called Azure lion, demon bull king, the golden winged peng( they are a bird), yellow husk or whatever ( he’s a elephant) and lastly the six eared macaque. In this show the group thought that the emperor in the celestial realms(basically heaven) was evil so they wanted to take him down so wukong tried to fight him but he failed so the emperor made him stuck inside a mountain for hundreds of years but a guy called Tang( I forgot the rest of his name) offered to free him he didn’t act greedy and mischievous so then he agreed and was saved so they went on adventures save some people turn them good and he became a hero but then the six eared macaque is best friend in the past tried harming his master (Tang) so he just killed him and yeah that’s pretty much his entire legacy
