Wish you had shown the map location for each rather than the mini map on screen. Some of these feel impossible, have to open up different maps on my tablet, use the vid, trying to find it on my own game.
For the sake of anyone looking to this comment for help, the missing peyote is labelled as "Paleto Cove North". Additionally, if a peyote doesn't appear, try quick saving and loading until it does. Sometimes they glitch and don't appear. If you've done this a couple of times and it doesn't show, try loading a different save file (older), go to the location of the peyote and collect it on that save. After that, load the save you want the peyote on and it should spawn more reliably. If you're struggling with missing peyotes, do this a couple of times and retry, it will work eventually. - Hope this helps
