Damn just looking for some info because I'm sure I'm missing some details ( it adds a lot 😊) and didn't expect the mod maker to be making vids as well. Maybe that's normal idk. But that gibersh out of the way thank you for the hours of entertainment I've had so far and for the many more hours of fun I've yet to have with sim settlements 2. And a really big thank you for putting in on xbox and small enough to fit it all on there with the imposed limits for that platform

#blink I love how in introductory quest Jake mocks vanilla settlement system and plays vanilla settler that don't even know how to build his own bed and rely 100% on the player 🤣

Absolutely will not play FO4 without SS2. It is a priority mod for me. The quests are amazing. The thing I love most though is Jake. The interactions between him and Aiden are some of my favorites. Jake's reactions to certain mobs are hilarious. Without Jake, FO4 is boring for me. And I actually love #blink 182. ;)
#blink The first time I ever used a climbable ladder I encountered a bug where my player had become a floating bald head and was able to move around in any direction like collision was off or something. I felt like a god but I was afraid at the same time... Lol
I haven't used one since then, but seeing you use it here makes me happy I love Neeher's animations it is such a nice touch ❤️ Absolutely amazing
I got this exact same bug lol. I lost 3 hours of progress because it saved over my autosave
Yeah, it's never fun losing progress like that. I do believe this was something that got fixed It did happen about a year ago for me. I just never touched them after and am pleased to see someone else do it and them not become some kind of abomination floating in the air lol.

When using settlement builds, I am getting notices that I cannot build anything else in a settlement even when I have turned off the build limit...
In some settlements it looks like things are missing from the basic builds (for example, in Zimonja, the mayor's desk is floating in the air (along with 2 mattresses). anyone else getting these?
Hey I just downloaded the mod and it’s my first play through of it, am I supposed to follow the main quest until a certain point or can I follow jake and it’ll progress like the main quest? I’m at the part where we just captured the gunners plaza
Hey thanks much for all your hard work I’ll m this mod! Quick question about space for Mods on Xbox series X. Must we download all chapters of sims settlements 2 in order to do chapter three? Meaning can we download one chapter completed download the next chapter completed download chapter 3 started and then delete chapter 1, so we have more space? That’s probably a stupid question but I’m just running out of space for mods and really love and wanna play SS2. Especially the tower defense aspect of it. #Blink

If you start to drink bad water from the ground hit your pip boy button. It interrupts the drink animation.
The power poles in WSFW dont work on city plan application. Also their connectors not poles and the poles arent connectors but eh :D

hi there Kinggath, i wanted to ask if i am going to use SS2 CH1,2 and 3 do i need any other mods to make it a good expierance or can i just use those 3 and still get great gameplay?

This mod leaves me so many ideas I'd love to spend about 8 hours just conferring with KInggath. I seriously think he should teach classes how to do things specifically for SS2. That'd be something: teach this, send it to him (aka turn in your homework) and let him grade it. #blink I admit I've never played even to the end of Chapter 2 but one question: Can I adopt Lilly? She's too damned adorable and I don't trust Old Paul around her, y'know...?
i dont know why when i installed the SS2 update... i cant build porperly anymore, in workshop mode i cant look arround anymore when i move my mouse?!
The only thing i can do when i move the mouse ist highlighting objects in front of me ?!?!?

I can’t talk to Jake or Lupe in Comcord anymore. The game freezes anytime just shortly after engaging a conversation. Also heavy lag accrues while entering Concord. I play on Xbox one S, would be nice if someone can help. 😊

Are you planning on making a version of sim settlements without the main quest, nightingales, gunners plaza gnn, trading company, concord, cpd, jake, quests, etc.
"SS2: Just the settlement stuff", maybe also a separate mod for ss2 unique settlers.

I believe there is an option to use the City Manager holotape (cheats) to unlock all the settlement objects without having to play the quest. Not sure if that helps?
@@BubbleoniaRising nah, its a good suggestion but there is just so much potential perormance/'lowered mod size'/'focus on main mod'/'lack of feature creep' up for grabs
Thinking more on it, it'd even be easier for the mod team to release updates, or the mod users to not have to redownload everything cause of something they wont use. A main story esp, a city management esp, and a settlers+quests esp.

Is there an issue with survival and loading in / on an exit save vs. loading from a bed save? I am still getting the issue where SS2 gives me an error message saying something to the effect of SS2 has recovered and I can continue, but there was an issue / corruption and it had to be repaired when I load an exit save only. It's not the end of the world, but to be safe, I try to never use an exit save with SS2. Thanks for being awesome! #blink
I'm not entirely sure what the difference is between Exit Save and a normal, but I know the old hands in the community swear that Exit Saves are risky. You're definitely adding weight to that belief! That recovery message means some data was lost in the save, but SS2 was able to rebuild it from other factors.

#blink - 182... on my 29th play thru, finding lots of crashes when I save/or exit the game (hangs) and I could just be fast traveling anywhere on the map and I will drop out of the game.
I am getting the same thing in profiles that do not have sim settlements installed... have been since the big F4 update that broke most of the mods
Could you make it so our caravan networks integrate so we don’t have to have the materials already on hand to build these things? #blink

I stopped playing SS2 bc of bugs, some quests wouldn't progress and fixes didn't work. I sleven started a new game, but one of the first quests bugged and even tho I had the plots needed, it wouldn't count as completed. At least it was right in the beginning.
Is there any way to download sim settlements 2 without using nexus vortex as that mod manager doesn't work on win7 anymore...😢
Update your computer. That's far more critical than getting a mod.

I don't know if it works on windows 7, but use Mod Organizer 2 ( MO2 ). It's way better than Vortex
Win 7 has been out of support since January 14, 2020. You seriously need to upgrade your OS friend. No joke.
