I just had something replaced on my fridge so that it would run on propane. It quit working right after I left for Connecticut. Good thing I have such wonderful friends, as it was all fixed by the time I got back. Not having seen inside your fridge, I’ll tell you what I was doing wrong. I overfilled my fridge, which reduced air flow, which made it work too hard. Nice area in TX and yay for no more inspections!
I recently stored a cut avocado in the refrigerator in beeswax cloth. The cut surface didn't turn brown. It may be better than wrapping in plastic wrap. I am amazed at how long I can store block cheese in beeswax cloth. I began taping me saying locked and locked as I locked the doors before leaving on trips. Didn't do it the last trip and we had to return to check my back door. We were only a few miles out of town so spouse was willing to go back to reduce my anxiety.
When I got out of the service, I moved to Andrews, TX. This was the 1st time I saw Texas. After 2 years I moved to Midland. Yeah, all, some..🤣😂 my exes live in Texas. Thanks for the views. Glad everything at the cabin was good, and yay, for the Dometic fridge. Life is good!! BRs for Sami
New Mexico doesn't have vehicle inspections. I am amazed at how owners can keep the most decrepit vehicles in use. Duct tape, wire, zip ties, and luck are what holds some of these vehicles together.
Its funny how different parts of Texas have different names. South Texas that is a Chalupa. North Texas it is a Tostada. West Texas a Guadalajara. 🤣 How many acres on your property? I love West Texas!

Taco Villa has chalupas too. Their bean one is a chalupa and their guacamole one is a Guadalajara.
