@@Badget007 as roamer main I play high-medium damage roamer in epic-myhtic honor suck as Selena, Diggie, and Arlott. Above mythic honor ppl know how to use Mathilda so I main her. Chip, never use him when I solo, too risky

What can be done to balance this hero is, a limited marking system for 2 heroes can be developed where he can only mark his 2 allies and bring them. And the mark should be visible and can be seen by the enemies. The go through time inside the portal should be increased. This way the hero can be balanced

Tbh Chips is one of the most OP hero also one of the WORST hero at same time. Its trully depend on how your team can maximize Chips corectly. Try solo with chips and you know how Worst chips but try with your squad or best teamates then you know how broken Chip especialy combo with ixia auto wipe out

Chip not a solo q hero, bro need to play with friend as to not waste his ult and his skill 1 is a stun with a quite low cooldown while skill 2 had a knockback effect, perfect for chasing marksman or mage, ofc the problem lies in how you play, and who do you play with in the end

I think chip counter is Carmilla. Why? Because the moment chip put the portal carmilla could cast her ult near the portal, and since carmila ult has delay it's enough time for all the enemy to have teleported and boom just massacre them with CC.
