For me, Jag is such a high variance player and we see that in his game this season where he makes absolutely abysmal mistakes but then has really good gameplay at other moments, so while his game on this season is good, i wouldn’t have confidence in him to perform this well again if he were to return

I don’t think Jag was a top 3 player. Maybe if you just look at his post merge game but even then he made so many mistakes and if Matt didn’t have the worst jury questioning performance of all time (probably worse than Gina Marie) then he would’ve lost
I originally had cirie at #1 because of how impressed I was with how she's dealt with adversity and I mean she did have a lot of unlucky things come her way..but then after I watched exit presses and some reviews I think yeah Matt did play the better OVERALL game. The problem I had with him before was that he let jag do most of the executing which made the jury think that jag was doing most of the legwork for the duo and kind of forgetting just how terrible jag's first half of the game was, and also his jury questioning which was very bad but I think jag already had the win by the jury roundtable the questioning just sunk it even further for Matt
I think Bowie is really tough to assess because she had a lot of agency in the latter half due to being able to win comps, but just didn't use it to her fullest potential. She didn't have a ton of equity and should have tried to keep America/Felicia/Blue around as long as she could as those were the only people she had a chance at beating (and i guess Cameron, but there was no way even if she didn't backdoor him he would make the end game without winning out). I don't see a scenario where she can get Cirie or Felicia's votes and there are very limited scenarios where she could get Blue's vote which she would need in a f2 especially against America. I think that while letting Felicia go was the move that guaranteed her loss, that also wasn't a guaranteed win for her as she would need either Blue or Cory's vote to beat her and I genuinely don't know if she can get either vote considering her perception in the jury by that point. In my opinion the move that made it especially difficult for her to win was not taking the shot at Matt/Jag at the double. Even though Matt/Jag were actively protecting her if she keeps them both safe in the double, I think the only person who targets her over Matt if Jag goes is maybe Cirie (with Matt obviously). That mive would both give her some much needed equity and not affect her positioning that much. Plus her having the ability to beat Matt in mental comps and be better at the more physical comps than the rest of the women would've put her in a prime spot to be able to win out as well. I think at that point if she brings Felicia she probably beats her and at least has a fighting chance against America as she wouldn't have the perception that she was just playing for Matt and Jag.
It’s hard for me to think that jag is better than a lot of these players when he was voted out week four and came back to no reason of his own and almost got evicted the week after, also he won the same types of competitions every week against a very poor competitive field, he also would have gone home the week he won hoh again after the invisible hoh week sense the whole house was targeting him for the most part
Jag should have been forced to throw after the invisible hoh since we have president ( Claire having to throw in bb23, and in BB Can forget the season numbers for that) jag wad bailed out so many times, and won extremely physical competions with slight mental hybrids, with America and Blue being his biggest competition essentially.
Its so tempting for jag to not even be top 3/4. He played such a horrible game for a winner. If he loses to matt in final 2, i already have cory above on top 3 and I probably put America above him, ( its really close close too right now, America played relativley well compared to the rest of the cast despite not having much power in the game, and jag f***ing up so many times when having the game handed to him due to twists bailing him out and being in power. Only reason is because of final results and feeling weird putting winner so low lol. Jag really sucks for a winner lol and is that bad of a player by making this a conversation lol. 😅
You ranked Taylor #1 in your power rankings last year when she was going to be voted out then saved by the backstage boss twist. Due to the quit that eviction was canceled. All that to say you blast Jag for being saved by a twist but not Taylor. I agree he is not a great winner, but if you say he is one of the worst I think you have to put Taylor right next to him as a low ranking winner.
I would put Taylor as a bottom tier winner precisely for that reason. But I still think Jag's a considerably worse winner than Taylor, due to his poor play outside the round he was voted out. Taylor's issues (outside week 1) do not rise to the level of Jag's.
@SurvivorGumball awesome! Haha that must mean you rank the rest of the cast of bb24 low since you had her as #1. Thanks for all your content. I follow your survivor, bb, and amazing race coverage.
Luke was actually getting slowly brought into Ciries side towards the end, however he’s still the worst player in the season and would’ve gone home without the competition twist and if cirie wasn’t in the season and they wouldn’t have suspected her getting backdoored
Bowie Jane had less agency in the game compared to those two and was seen as a weak player strategically. She was left out of strategy talk by most of the other houseguests, and when she had power in the game, she just ended up doing other people's dirty work (mostly Matt & Jag's).
@@monib111 lol what? Bowie Jane actually had a shit ton of agency In the game. I have no idea where this thing of America having agency came from because she did not, I’d say she’d even lose a vote to Bowie. Cory on the other hand was being carried by ciries alliance and flipped on them and gave the power to Matt and jag and Bowie got in better with them. Bowie played Cory and America and they thought she was on their side and Felicia and Cirie needed Bowie as a number. Matt and Jag needed Bowie the most. Also she only did Jags dirty work, Matt was just as responsible for doing Jags dirty work as she was.
@@devondonato4609I feel like Bowie beating America in a f2 is strongly dependant on how she gets to the end game. I think she draws dead in a jury vote no matter what by not taking Jag or Matt out at the double. Taking out Felicia at the double (against Cirie) would be an equally terrible move for her perception wise. Especially because that would be much harder for her to comp out with America. I think Bowie had more "agency" due to comp results, but also blatantly used that against her best interest if she wanted to actually win the game.
Everybody did. That's quite literally the theme of the season. If you're gonna dock cirie for voting out her allies, do so for the pretty much the rest of the cast.
Nah. Jag's first half of his game was so abysmal especially since he was evicted and was about to be evicted AGAIN and gets saved due to nothing that he does.
