    Hope you enjoyed that kickbox workout. We were so lucky to film outside in January! I highly suggest that when you have the time get outside and take a few deep breaths..so good for your body and mind I'll see you at Day 10!✨✨

    Another awesome workout! I get up at 4:30AM and workout so that i have time to read the Good Word after my workout then ready for work!! Thanks Michelle!! Oh by the way, I'm 76 days from turning 60! my son & his wife who are in their early 30s did the Metcon killer leg workout and couldn't finish it and were so impressed that i did it last week!! woot woot!

      WOW! Wait 60 isn't that old. I used to teach a senior's class and the average age was 70, even had a few in their 90's. We are all blessed to be able to move our bodies and how about that...you outdid you son and daughter in-law! You're an inspiration Holly!

    I just discovered your channel and did this workout and it was amazing! Seriously! I am an advanced exerciser of over 20 years and have done MANY RUclips workouts (probably thousands) and this one incredible. Very challenging, but also doable and fun and I love the variety and no repeats. It felt good on my body and I loved your cueing before each move and your direction. I can’t wait to do more of your videos. I am now a subscriber!

    Love you and love your classes!! I've been working out for decades. .have done every kind of exercise you can imagine bc i love them all and get bored quickly.     I loved that kickboxing is always fun for me. I’m not a fan of no repeat for strength and dumbbell work but for cardio it’s the best 😊

    I enjoyed the combos; they were more creative than many of the kickboxing workouts I've done over the years. Often instructors lack unique choreography, which leads to a lack of enthusiasm on my part. So, good deal with that!
    On the other hand, the speed and power of the kicks and punches (especially by the other participants) left much to be desired.
    Good job overall; thanks for the workout!

    I substituted this for day 3 as I wasn't feeling up for a tabata workout today.. I am loving this series so far! I love the countdown timer and the previews. I used my 3 pound egg weight set (1.5 pounds each hand).
