WOW! Wait 60 isn't that old. I used to teach a senior's class and the average age was 70, even had a few in their 90's. We are all blessed to be able to move our bodies and how about that...you outdid you son and daughter in-law! You're an inspiration Holly!

I am an advanced exerciser of over 20 years and have done MANY RUclips workouts (probably thousands) and this one incredible. Very challenging, but also doable and fun and I love the variety and no repeats. It felt good on my body and I loved your cueing before each move and your direction. I enjoyed the combos; they were more creative than many of the kickboxing workouts I've done over the years. Often instructors lack unique choreography, which leads to a lack of enthusiasm on my part. So, good deal with that! On the other hand, the speed and power of the kicks and punches (especially by the other participants) left much to be desired. Good job overall; thanks for the workout!
I love your kickbox workouts and I am hooked! Yes, I used 1 lbs wheights, just holding them in my hands, not the fancy ones...and is working! Big hug to you, Michelle and all my sisters in this good "suffering"!❤😅❤😅

I substituted this for day 3 as I wasn't feeling up for a tabata workout today.. I am loving this series so far! I love the countdown timer and the previews. I used my 3 pound egg weight set (1.5 pounds each hand).
