For me PSY soc section is the toughest. Even though I am testing in Jan 2021, I never took PSY or Soc in my university which leads me to self study this section.

Because I often see a lot of controversy about this topic on MCAT Reddit. I recently retook AAMC FL 1 and 2 and scored 512 & 511, respectively, which were huge jumps when I first took them last January (499 & 503, I believe). I do admit, a few questions definitely looked very familiar, but retaking AAMC FLs has reportedly helped several people rocket their real MCAT scores. Thanks as always-testing on 6/20 🙏
Happy to hear you enjoyed it! Yes, and improving (like you did) between AAMC exams means you're studying for the MCAT the right way. I recommend that you go through the AAMC materials at least once or twice, especially if it's been a few months since your first pass at them! Good luck on your exam-you're going to do great!!! :)

In the air quality question, why not option size of the city seen as the area of the city determining population density hence the confounding variable ?
@@Shemmassian I think the OP was asking if you would create a top studies strategy video from a Gen-Chem perspective as opposed to a walk through of a passage; a video many of us would be interested in. Also, there is an error @3:28; the pop-up text should say social demographics instead of sensation.

It is important to know about statistical significance, but you're unlikely to see statistical calculations on the P/S section of the MCAT. Is there a specific question I can help with that you saw on a practice exam?

Never fear! Many students achieve high scores in the psych/soc section without taking these courses in undergrad.
