Profit and loss are part of trading but ultimately, how much you can learn from the mistakes/ losses and come back stronger will make you a consistently profitable trader.
Having a coherent strategy and a consistent trading agent sure reduces the chances of trading at a loss... Annika Hamalainen has been simply fantastic.

I always suffered losses when I traded by myself till I got referred to Annika, she's been my trading support system. Been busy on my new job so I haven't been able to study the charts but I let her manage my account and she's been quite consistent with the profits.
You could also learn to monitor which pairs correlate best, when you notice a divergence, find an opportunity to strike a trade.

A sideways market was such a difficult market for me to IDENTIFY. Its easy to look at the chart AFTER it has already formed as you correctly mentioned. So I am GRATEFUL for this video in giving me SO MANY ways to tackle such moves .. SHORT TERM levels which are indecisive right off the Opening Bell are awesome for identifying such levels.

Identify a sideways market is very difficult. I only can use this strategy for trade breakouts because i need a lot of points (or clues) to know if is a sideways or not. Do you have (or you can do if is possible) a video teaching the best way to identify a sideways market? Thanks very much

Thank you for another valuable lecture! I used to trade pure price action and lost a lot, better combine price action with indicators. Yes indicators are lagging, but if you know their movements, you can predict a bit.

Second question to your great presentation: What means small or wide range of an underlying? Is there any measure to take a quantitative messure, what wide or tight ranges for a specific instrument are?
This is subjective. For example, if the daily range for EURUSD is 60 pips, and you find a range of 10-15 pips, this is narrow. Around 30-40 is wide.

I am learning price action recently.. i ve devised my own method... keep the screen width of 2 months for 1 day timeframe.. concentrate only on wat is present on the screen.. look for todays strongly bullish green candle below previously low for buy and wait for strongly bearish red candle above previous high to sell... yet to backtesr and livetest... few tests i got returns small or high i wont bother, if brokerage is just percentage of trade not fixed...

For some reason I really dislike these support and resistance lines. I guess a Bollinger band does quite much the same in a ranging market.

I’m a dividend investor My wife and I have invested in the s&p500, both through my TSP with the government, and through Fidelity in her 401-k.Cashed out 270k from the S&P and invested with a Full service broker . Until around 4 years ago we were 100% in the s&p after over 12 years. I'm retiring at the end of this month at 52, while my wife will retire next year at 40. We currently have 1.7 million in out tax deferred savings..so I do actually agree with this..

I’ve never seen a trading video with better animation or graph examples - yet at the same time there’s so much text that I cant decide whether to read or listen, or both or nothing at all 😂. I think it would help to not show the whole text you’re reading on the video itself, like any good presentation, it should be a key words only.
