Yea I think so, I wonder if they dropped it or threw it in there
Where was this at man? And what did you end up doing with that long metal thing? I would imagine its hard to cut with a hacksaw especially if you have to cut it multiple times, it looks like rebar.
We came back with my dads truck and cut it with the hacksaw in 3 pieces so 2 cuts. Used leverage to break it once we cut it enough. It was rebar.
