Great information, , so far I have seen only one eye doctor using this device... Stereo variator by Haag Streit...thank you for the video, I appreciate your valuable time, energy
if you have a stereovariator: use it...takes away most reflections. try offsetting the light to the right and left...sometimes one side is better. and most importantly: tilt your volk lens. just a little bit.
No pun intended but you ought to be more objective. It's an angle variator why use the term that Haag uses for the accessory of their overpriced slits? Japanese slit lamp manufacturers integrate it better and their lamps are more competitive and cost effective. This is your second foul. The first was your negligence to refer other lens manufacturers in your previous video. As if Volk is the holy cow...
Relax Karen, this a a private channel that shares a private opinion. If you don't like it don't watch. And who are you kidding, Volk is undeniably the leading lens manufacturer, no one I have every worked with or met at conferences uses anything besides Volk, and the ones I have tried that weren't Volk, were considerably worse, so it only makes sense focus on Volk lenses when making a Video for beginners.
one exception to that - I simply cannot get a grip on Volk capsulotomy, imho it either requires some specific approach or is plain worse than ocular Abraham, capsulotomy :) @@DoubleDCharmin
