No, it's a painfully overrated overpriced place. Amalfi, Positano are far better options than this. Everything looks good in a video

I went to the Isle of Capri and walked up to Anna Capri when I served in the USAF in 1975 while stationed in Germany. We stayed in a motel room that had a balcony that hung out over from a rock wall cliff about 300 feet from the water. It was amazing. I remember getting sick in the boat at the Blue Grotto and had to get off the boat at the entrance and walk up the metal stairway to the top. Rocking boats were always a problem for my stomach. A great time.

Incredible italy
For anyone asking, this is an iPhone HDR recording. It's super saturated and plenty of lens flair, also quite grainy later on when it starts to get dark. You can also see the automatic exposure compensation for light and dark areas. Goes to show that unless you know what a real camera looks like when recording, you won't be able to tell the difference.
The saturation is really bad
can't imagine how it is to live on one of those houses in hill flank and wake up to this view every single day!

I was there in 2008. This was one of the highlights of my visit to Italy. Anacapri was nice as well. They had a ski lift where you could pretty much overlook the whole island when you got to the top.

So beautiful! Stay in Ravello, rent a boat from an Amalfi outfit, and check out Capri. No joke, even just strolling through the beautiful neighborhoods and hilltop paths, in the lush gardens with the bright blue Mediterranean peaking through it all, is enchanting. The high-end boutiques may be a bit much, and packed restaurants expensive, but you can grab a delicious seafood meal at any number of seaside restaurants before/after your mid day trip to Capri. Take a dip in the sea for bit and check out a grotto. The Amalfi Coast and Capri are breathtaking.

@@judefernandez827 Eh, it's an arm of the Mediterranean Sea, a "marginal sea" just like the Balearic, Ionian, Ligurian, Adriatic, etc. There are 12 marginal seas that are considered PART of the larger Mediterranean Sea. And now you know =)

Italy is a peninsula with islands surrounded by a lot of different parts of the Mediterranean Sea, each one with a different name, because you think water is just water, but even sea has different areas likewise to any land, that sometime we call “seas” again, and sometimes we call them “straits”, gulf”, etc.
