Biosphere Reserves are large protected lands in which we conserve wildlife, plants and even tribal livings. These may include Wildlife Sanctuaries and National Parks as they are so giant.
Wildlife Sanctuaries protect the wildlife of a particular area to maintain wildlife population. In these activities like collected medicinal plants and firewood are allowed, but activities like Hunting and Poaching are not allowed.

Biosphere reserve are protected areas whose goal is to just protect biodiversity of an area. It could also contain other protected areas like wildlife sanctuaries and national parks. They protect the flora, fauna and also the local culture of tribals living in the area.
Wildlife Sanctuaries are also protected areas whose goal is to ensure protection and provision of suitable living conditions of wildlife. They may be a part of a biosphere reserve. Their main motive is to preserve the wildlife of an area.
