1. yeah you have too because if you are waiting for the scholarship you might miss so many classes 2. most of the scholarships will not be available until the time the visa application is closed, its better to get your visa soon 3. since we are from the developing countries and provide income certificate the rate of getting regional scholarship is 100%, but for other scholarship types it depends on your application. But even if you don't get other scholarships you can still try to get regional scholarship

If you already have the Declaration of Value (DOV) or the certification of comparability issued by CIMEA (Academic Equivalence Mobility Information Center, cimea.it), also upload one of the two documents." But I don't upload any of these. I only upload the basic documents such as passport, transcript, language certification, and degree. So what is expected from me now?

selam dear, i do not have received my official transcript yet, can i apply with final year's grade report for the time being?
for our country transcript is mandatory as it mentions on the requirements but for the final degree you can use temporary document
