💫 RIDE ON TIME by Tatsuro Yamashita is a gem known not only by City Pop enthusiasts but by people of all backgrounds. Listening or singing to it gives off the feeling of chasing the setting sun enthusiastically, unbound by any burdens. An energetic song with a catchy chorus, a beautiful combination which resulted in this masterpiece. I'm glad to be given the opportunity to cover such a nostalgic song and reminisce about the good old days once more. On another note, we had not only Harada-san but the other members of evening cinema in this project! This makes the cover of “RIDE ON TIME” a co-production between Rainych and evening cinema ^^ We also had the pleasure of working again with Kamin-san for the cute cover art (where the girl is depicted as if she is recovering from a broken heart after being uncertain about love, which led her to part ways with someone that she’d loved in the previous two songs) and Dian’s team for the music video. Together, we worked towards producing this cover and we hope you'll enjoy it as much as we do ^^
