I remember a couple of seasons ago one episode showing a flashback of Porshia from season 1and I could barely recognize her demeanor. Cynthia touched on it and I agree that she was clearly not able to be herself in her marriage and probably also not confident in being herself. It's nice to see that she has grown personally and come to be the confident person who knows herself.

Yes she has changed and evolved so much. I still remember her in the limo with all the girls and saying she can’t go to the strip club unless she gets permission from her husband. I’m glad she was able to get out of that toxic situation and find happiness.

@Kimberly Monique Well, being a better person does not always equate to someone "not running around." She was a wife and in her mind, wife=total submission vs a partnership. I do agree both her and Kenya were desperate for the "wife" lifestyle that they jumped into relationships too soon. However, Porsha is better NOW. She is more mature, open and is herself 100%. Growth is a beautiful thing.

I really don’t understand why Cynthia is so misunderstood by people. I really don’t. Half the things people call her “insecure” about, amongst other things, she’s just being light hearted and joking.
