He can hold and fully use cinder city. If hes built good he can help some of the aoe issues chasca has cuz his sub dps in aoe is actually pretty nice. He is a PECH character so chasca has better dps than bringing let's say Xilonen but then chasca bullets will transform fewer times at c0
