Very often when I'mwatching and listening to your videos, after a few minutes I end up falling almost in sleep. You're videos and voice are so calming to my nervous system. I think my unconscious mind picked up all information but tomorrow I will give it another try when I'm less sleepy😂

Such a wonderful healing perspective you offered! 🙏🏼💖 After a tough childhood I finally came to realize that all the those suffering I felt and withnessed are not mine to change or rescue but I was like an open compassionate space that allowed all the suffering to flow through. I'm still learning not to own or try to rescue immediately but let them flow. The space that we are naturally, I think it is love itself and is widening and becoming more settled in peace, the more we let all be felt acknowledged with compassion and flow through.

I am moving from moment to moment in awareness and doing well. Soon, its like a blast shows up and I am not ready. It gets me everytime. You were already given these skills. Giving away our power to people who take advantage of our kindness and compassion. I used to trust my intuition. I am always connected to me my spirit. They tell you not to trust your feelings and give your power away to people. I feel these energies all the time and they make me feel the power within me.
I have no words to how this video has impacted me so far (not watched the whole thing yet). I couldn't see the screen for tears. I haven't had a really good happy cry like that EVER. I cannot express how much this will change my life moving forward. It is soooooo liberating. Now everything makes so much sense to me.
