Ugh!!! Been fighting with changing the bar out for a month! Still can’t do it. You need the strength of Hercules to get the flaps back onto the bar. You need 10,000 watts of light, a powerful magnifying glass and a table of just the right height. I have none of these. The little loop for the point billet is in the way as is the leather cover for the underside of the pommel. The hole for the final screw misses the slot by 1/2”. I still can’t find the hole on the other side for the protective leather flap, thinking I’m just going to leave it out. Save yourself the NIGHTMARE of changing the bar out yourself and spend the money to ship it back to Hastilow to let them do it. I’ve been unable to ride for over a month and now I still have to ship it to them and wait for it to come back. 😡🤬🤯 PS the woman at the shop told me it was straightforward and easy 😂😂😂😂 to do yourself. BS!
