    Clarified Butter / Desi Ghee - 1/3 cup
    Onions Fine Chopped - 5
    Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 Tbsp
    Puree of - 3 Tomatoes
    Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
    Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
    Coriander Powder - 1 + 1/2 tsp
    Hot Water - as required
    Yogurt / Dahi - 1/3 cup
    Salt - to taste
    Fresh Cream - 2 Tbsp
    Silvatta Garam Masala - 1 tsp
    Coriander Leaves - a few
