Great video, thanks! I cruise a lot however, I have never paid extra for a specialty restaurant. On my Virgin Voyages cruise the specialty restaurants were included. I have an upcoming sail on Celebrity Silhouette and I am considering a specialty restaurant. The price states that it's for the cover charge only. Now I am guessing Sushi on Five is an exception; surely there is not a surcharge in addition to a la carte pricing is there?
Good question VG! Yes, Sushi on Five is a la carte. I just love visiting it once or twice on a trip, mostly because I love sushi so much. I think my favorite specialty restaurant is Murano - delicious French contemporary cuisine - and if I’m traveling with friends or my hubby, we’ll eat there at least once a cruise. If you book ahead of time, before the cruise, sometimes you can save up to 50%. I’d love to hear what you think about your cruise and how you think Celebrity compares with Virgin. :)
Interesting! I wonder if they change it up for different markets… I was on the 20 day Honolulu to Sydney transpacific, on the Eclipse. It will be in Australia and the South Pacific for several months. Were the prices much different? Was it both good and alcohol? Thanks for the info. :)
@@trishatravelstheworld ohhh maybe that’s why prices were higher since you guys were on a 20 day. I wouldn’t say significant but $3 dollar differences.
One of my favorite cafes on Celebrity,,,

What ship were you on? Noticed the price on your menu is higher compared to the Celebrity Solstice cruise I just back from
