I'm not a doctor but sometimes I think that there is a physical overload in training because I don't understand how there can be so many injuries for so many consecutive years. This happens in soccer and it is a consequence precisely of the overloads imposed on the players, we should see how this situation is being handled.

Miami can always grab A game in a series like this with these injuries. But we won't ever grab a series with these injuries, and certainly not from Boston. I get it blah blah no excuses blah blah, but we would have won more than 1 game if we were 100% healthy. No doubt. Super unfortunate, but that's what happens sometimes, especially to older players. I expect to see some big moves this off season from me Heat.

Truthfully, we have no idea what this squad could have done if fully healthy. Duncan, Rozier, Love, Butler, Richardson & Jaquez all had games where they were the difference makers.
It’s not delusional to think the Heat definitely could have been in a better spot had they:
A.) been healthy/not injured
&
B.) had a consistent starting lineup and roles.

The heat needs athletic bigs and should start in the draft. If tyler smith is still on the board at 15, snatch him. Then, use that famous heat culture to find a diamond in the ruff at 45.
My opinion is that there is no " superstar" needed to come and " save" this team. The glaring factor of the season was lenght. Tall guards and forwards, especially.
Heat had one of the highest defensive ratings after the all-star break. The formula works. Take all the injuries, and the heat must have nba bench players, not " G-league gems," that are able to provide valuable minutes.
Im not one of those heat lifers who freak out and think everything, and everyone needs to be changed. Draft a young athletic big and play him. Let niko keep developing, find a 2 guard with some length that can come off the bench. The heat will be right back in it next season ( minus all the injuries).

He needs to do a better job of not being in the play in game every year. That's a chance to get rest. No way that team should be doing that. JB gets hurt in that bs game. No way any other great Coach would be doing that .

Very disappointing season. Struggling against teams they should’ve beaten. Repeating that last season last minute play-in spot. Injuries, and sticking to g-league talent and betting on “Heat culture”. Reminds me of cheap penny pinching companies who want to remain competitive in their industry but want to pay pennies to interns rather than pay for quality personnel. Need to get rid of Tyler and get size. Everyone but Bam, Jimmy, and Jaime are expendable. Even then, Jimmy injury prone and not a superstar talent that can be depended upon in the regular season. Bam cannot lead a team and I’d say he’s the third best option on a legit championship team. Changes need to be made.
Blame the management for sticking to be mediocore, maybe full rebuild starting with the head coach, his rotations are bad and no adjustment what so ever, trade everyone except jimmy, and young guns like jovic and triple j. Send bam and HERRO to Cancun and the rest of the roster 🤣
They made the finals twice in the last 5 years if im not mistaken. They got very unlucky with injuries this year. They do need to win more in the regular season
Funny how people are quick to push blame. Let's say that you are right, who are you replacing coach spo with? Which unreliable superstar would you want heat to acquire? The heat has a sound game plan. Which everybody in the team would need to commit to. Pampered and over paid superstars does not always finish on top. We have seen this just during this play offs.
