Me, too--my father and I used to watch it together and I was really disappointed when it was cancelled. In my opinion this was--and still is--one of the best intro songs to a TV show. EVER.

Problem was David James Elliots Contract ran out and for some reason it wasnt renewed, dont know reasons for that, but im glad they didnt replace him and keep filming, would of been bad

GREATEST theme ever, as bold and majestic as the Eagle; and just as American.
This was the best show that CBS ever produced on Tuesday nights. The intro was cool also.

I think they meant that the voiceover before the theme stopped after season four. Personally I can't really remember.
Actually CBS produced a total of 10 seasons.
