Oh man, I understand about unreasonable bosses at lame jobs. Good on you for being able to stick it out 👍

Also social workers and counsellors absolutely never judge. Took me a while to open up fully but trust me telling them is the only way they’ll ever be able to really help. You just have to find one that you like and enjoy talking too.

Honestly pulse I deal with social anxiety, something that helped me is learning about thinking traps. My social worker has been extremely helpful with helping me learn to recognize and stop myself from getting caught up in the thoughts. Thinking Traps. If you need to talk ever just shoot a dm man! Much love!

I get nervous calling people, it's hard to put in their number and dial them, it's a real anxiety that i'll procrastinate doing for weeks if I'm not forced to call people.
In person I'm an absolute extrovert, but when it comes to calling people i can't see, it's scary.

You know, I completely forgot I made this video. I've been living on my own for a little over a year and going back to this video is one of those nostalgia things for me. Seeing where I was and how far I've come. I still get nervous doing most of this stuff but it's gotten better. Sorry that I didn't see this when you wrote it, I was busy finishing school and other stuff. But hey, keep working on these challenging personal things and before you know it, they'll get slightly easier. You got this!
