Wish someone would come up with a design your own RV so you can eliminate the things you don't want or need. Every RV thinks you need to sleep upteen million kids. Nope. It's just me and my dog. Remove the always crappy dinettes, put in a comfy chair and room for a dog bed. Don't need the oven or microwave. Get rid of the sofa and put in a computer workstation with drawers for storage. Don't need a TV. Haven't owned our watched TV in 15 years. Don't need a stereo with surround sound. Put in a cabinet you can actually hang clothes in and a place to hang a jacket or two. Some place to put shoes and boots would be nice, especially muddy ones. Get rid of the awning. Awnings are always the first to get wrecked. Get rid of the gwady valances and fabrics for seat cushions and curtains. Put in plastic blinds, not metal ones that always get bent first trip out. Except for the bathroom I would gut this whole camper and put in a better design, but not for $23k. Better option, and cheaper, is to convert a cargo trailer and design your own interior with better quality materials.
I really like the size, layout, and towing weight of this trailer. my wife and I have a 1 year old son and with the dinette table folding down into a bed this seems like a perfect unit for us. Thanks for the review!
Hi! Just had a question regarding the solar inlet that is supposed to be located outside. It's not clearly marked but I do see an inlet behind the battery that measures 12 volts. My question is if I plug a solar panel into that, will that automatically feed to the charge controller station inside?
That was a great tour and education! Thank you. for shower purposes...how tall is the spokesman? I'm 6'3 and saw he was pretty close to the top in the shower.
There are some things I like about this unit since I'm thinking of downsizing but also a few glaring negatives. My camping style leans more towards boondocking. Positives: Going to a 37 gallon water tank was a better move. Solar prep is good, many companies moving in that direction. Negatives: Side mounted upper reefer vent. Roof chimney installations work much better and I've owned both styles. Oven, waste of space and I never use mine. Outside shower, another useless item I've never used and one more item you have to deal with when winterizing. Dump valve cluster is just asking to be knocked off in it's location. A/C that has a fan that runs all the time. My previous camper had a residential style set up were fan and compressor cycled on and off. Much better than my current one which is like this. Wardrobes are useless too, just something to hit your head on getting in/out of bed.
Hello Jeff D, The G19FD weighs Dry 2,829 lbs and the GVWR is 3,890 lbs. Your 2019 GMC Canyon V6 4x4 has a towing capacity of about 7,000 pounds. So in my opinion your truck will handle it very nicely, I dare say you aren't going to feel too much behind you. Thanks for the question happy camping. Octo
' cool nice pretty R/C camper home trailer... how come the trailer is not haveing 2 amber yellow lights on the rear taillights for turning signs... NOT safety and better sending back to camper company to fix it then put 2 amber yellow lights on the rear taillights right away
What Is the price of that model as equipped? And the price of the 14ft version you featured in the other video. Where is your dealership from Arvada CO? Thank you
Hello Shawn Slopoke, We are located in Evans CO, just south of Greeley on highway 85, please visit our website where you can see pricing and all the Geo Pros we have in stock. Or Come on by and we would love to show them to you in person. Thank you! (Direct Links)- www.thegreatoutdoorsrv.com/rockwood/14fk www.thegreatoutdoorsrv.com/rockwood/19fd
Thank you I will. I saw your dealership last night when I was on my way back from Greeley. I've past it many times and didn't put 2 and 2 together. Thank you
Karen. I bought a 2109s Mini Lite from Great Outdoors.. We are in love with it. Search "Garland Style review" on RUclips and you'll see my video about the interior review.
The mini lite 19FD is a little longer, wider, & heavier than the geo pro 19FD. The mini lite has 2 axles while the geo pro has one. Otherwise they are pretty much identical.
Not sure about retailers down that way, but we are happy to ship! Give us a call at 970-313-4337 to discuss your options. We just shipped a unit all the way to South Carolina! It retails for $24,900 roughly!
has anyone asked about sway going down the road? I heard not having the 4 wheels makes it sway. I have the stabilizer on my vehicle, will that compensate?
Go easy on those side brands,I've seen some bad quaility control, while this stood out above Jayco and Keystone at my dealer today. You are going to pay a little more for this, the cabinet and sofa materials are top notch.
Hello, We are from Canada and interested in buying the Geopro 19FBS so how much CAN We expect too pay in Canadian money for it without Being ripoff by sellers pushing the argument of prices going up next summer because of the war going on about free trade and aluminium ? Thank you for your honest answer!
Good presentation. The arched ceilings on this series is appreciated. Azdel = a major plus, as well. Probably the most visually-appealing Murphy bed I’ve yet seen. That humongous bathroom exhaust on the roof, though - uggghhh! Not good! I’d be very paranoid about driving under low bridges with that ugly, un-aerodynamic monstrosity on the roof! A very nice travel trailer. I could accept no stove, but that gigantic bathroom exhaust, lack of two axles, ghetto-ish black sofa (the ONLY type offered - WTH????) and very skimpy cargo capacity are deal-breakers for me. Otherwise I would very, very seriously consider purchasing this model brand new.
I love our exhaust. To pull through a LOT of air in the unit, you want one. If you are going through tiny tunnels with any unit, you're in trouble. This unit is WAY lower than a lot of TTs. re: cargo space? Get a bigger unit, look at a Mini Lite, this isn't designed to be a tractor trailer, it's a TT for 2 ppl. Don't carry your home on a trip. *LOL*
Hello ddt startex, for the full kit prices vary from $800 to $4500. Included in the kit would be a solar panel, solar controller, inverter, and cable hookups.
We're thinking about buying our first RV this summer. We've looked at the Rockwood Mini Lite. We only need room for 2 to 3. What's the difference between the Geo and the Rockwood Lite? Love your channel!
I was researching both of those as well. Haven't purchased either yet, but I think the Mini Lite would be better as it has two axles vs one for the Geo. The floor plans and construction look rather similar though.
There's a little thing called Google...or click on the link to this company's website where you can find it out. Sounds like you might be a bit too lazy to camp.
That's why you drain your black tank first followed by your Grey Tank. Should be just soap and water coming out of your Grey to clean the hose. Happy Camping, Tom
900 lbs is crap. If you have the tank full 300 lbs and 2 adults say 150 lbs each, 2 full propane tanks 20 lbs each, 2 bikes 40 lbs each you have 180 lbs for cargo and food..... So you better not have any one come to play cards or you could damage something....
His math was off a bit. Website lists cargo weight as 1061 lbs, still not great. But this figure is for road travel, not on jacks in a campsite. No need to put the neighbors on a scale before letting them in. www.forestriverinc.com/product-details.aspx?LineID=455&ModelID=3574&ShowParent=1#Main
I was wondering how all that worked. The other commenters got a point, if the jacks are down the weights off the axle. If the jacks are up I'm in the vehicle. But I get your concern.
Hi there, while this particular unit has already sold you can see our other Geo Pro units we have available at www.thegreatoutdoorsrv.com, or give our team a call at 970-313-4337!
We have filmed a review of a new 2023 Geo Pro G19FDS, check it out!

Just bought ours today, there are a lot of great people at this company. Highly recommended
Joseph, after one year of use what do you think about it?
I liked the window shade durability test!
He does a nice job of showing the trailer I have to complement it super job
The Murphy’s bed is such a good idea , nice trailer
These are a great traveling idea no need for hotel and has all of the amenities of home wow maybe after I retire.
I really like the size, layout, and towing weight of this trailer. my wife and I have a 1 year old son and with the dinette table folding down into a bed this seems like a perfect unit for us. Thanks for the review!
I love these with that Hideaway fall down bad makes so much sense to me
Hi! Just had a question regarding the solar inlet that is supposed to be located outside. It's not clearly marked but I do see an inlet behind the battery that measures 12 volts. My question is if I plug a solar panel into that, will that automatically feed to the charge controller station inside?
Great viedo like the Murphy bed .how much is the cost of unit thanks
The latest model is going for about $24,900 MSRP! Give us a call for the latest pricing info! 970-313-4337
Loving this trailer.
I'm glad he said Murphy bed I had forgot what they called well I'm getting old I guess I'm 75 when I was a kid we had a Murphy bed in the front room
I want one & would use the oven for sure.
Great detailed review!
I like the screen door!!!!!!
I love this one.
Looks decent. Would have liked to seen a proper fridge freezer but ehh. Real question is how well would this unit hold up to Colorado winters?
This unit would do decent in the winter. It's built tough but we would still recommend insulation methods such as an RV Skirt.
That was a great tour and education! Thank you. for shower purposes...how tall is the spokesman? I'm 6'3 and saw he was pretty close to the top in the shower.

Drag off the plumbing , as it looks to be very exposed by hanging quite low, or did I see a non problem
Need screens on all opening windows
Hello Ray M, all windows that open have screens installed. May have been a bit hard to see. thanks for the comment
Can you imagine if one of those tiers pop at 65-70 mph, why don’t they have 2 on each side, kiss it goodbye.
You’d just get a flat. Wouldn’t be any difference than getting a flat in a heavy car.
Why are the dinette tables always so large?
This perfect to pull with my lil GMC Terrain. I can haul 3500lbs
Your supposed to be 80 percent or lower than your vehicle gross tow weight for safety!
I have a 2019 GMC Canyon V6 4x4, how well would my truck handle this camper?

I love this floor plan. Do they still make this model?
Yes they do! We have 2021's on the way and we have 2020's in stock currently. Give us a call and ask for Gary! Happy to help! 970-313-4337

cool nice pretty R/C camper home trailer...
how come the trailer is not haveing 2 amber yellow lights on the rear taillights for turning signs...
NOT safety and better sending back to camper company to fix it then put 2 amber yellow lights on the rear taillights right away
Rear signals are red not amber
how does this compare to the Forest River Flagstaff E-Pro E19FD?
Hmmmmm I wonder
Eventually the same thing except on the Flagstaff E-Pro solar is standard
What size was the Murphy bed? It only looks like a double.
I’m 6’1, ceiling height might be a problem for me esp in the shower 😑😑
Add the extra "giraffe" bubble in shower...otherwise u will be in hell.
How much? And can I tow with an SUV?
Great video! I'm stoked.

Where is portable solar connection jack you mentioned?
It is wired for a rooftop solar mount. It is also wired for a portable solar connection just behind the battery at the front of the camper. (SAE plug)
So what was the fun reason the storage on outside was not pass-thru? I missed it.
I think b/c murphy bed
storage area under the bed. We use that area for blankets, pillow etc. Love the underbed storage area.
What are key differences between Rockwood GeoPro and Rockwood MiniLite? They seem very similar. TY

@@heatherm501 : 2 Axels is a plus, I think.
What is the pipe between the 1st storage unit and water heater?
Hello Tim G. I Think you are referring to the door stop that keeps it from hitting the water heater. Thanks for the question. Octo
Can you tell me what the asking price is ?
Hello Crazy Dogs, This particular Geo Pro sold for around 19.5k. thanks for your question
yea I to was wondering that!?? they didn't disclose that information.
I don’t get why not just have a bigger sofa and turn that into a bed. Why have a Murphy bed on top of the sofa.
You mean like a gaucho bed.
Those are cool but this is more comfortable.
I don't like that the TV is on the other end
Hi. How much pull tons truck do you need to travel with this trailer? Thanks
Are the floors plywood or particle board?
Hello Erin T, The subfloor is 5/8” tongue and groove plywood glued and screwed to aluminum framing. Thanks for the question.
Also is there a retailer in Texas ?
Not sure about retailers down that way, but we are happy to ship! Give us a call at 970-313-4337 to discuss your options. We just shipped a unit all the way to South Carolina! It retails for $24,900 roughly!
The guys a little rough on the equipment.
Well done vid. Guy is actually good...most are annoying as hell.
has anyone asked about sway going down the road? I heard not having the 4 wheels makes it sway. I have the stabilizer on my vehicle, will that compensate?
having two or four wheels has nothing to do with sway, having the weight distributed incorrectly causes sway.
Why did you need to remove the TV?
Forest river owns everything
Go easy on those side brands,I've seen some bad quaility control, while this stood out above Jayco and Keystone at my dealer today. You are going to pay a little more for this, the cabinet and sofa materials are top notch.
Everything looks great except the location of the bed it's almost right next to the entry door
How fast do hotcakes sell???
haha
Hack Prine quickly, otherwise they are just cakes!
Almost as fast as Mustangs
Hello, We are from Canada and interested in buying the Geopro 19FBS so how much CAN We expect too pay in Canadian money for it without Being ripoff by sellers pushing the argument of prices going up next summer because of the war going on about free trade and aluminium ?

Stephan Pelletier try the GoogleWeb. It’s pretty easy to see prices on all of these
How much is the retail ?
Good presentation. The arched ceilings on this series is appreciated. Azdel = a major plus, as well.
Probably the most visually-appealing Murphy bed I’ve yet seen.

How much is the GioPro 19’
Hey Roger, the GeoPro's in stock are ranging from 20k to 25k depending on the model. This one is going for $25,395.
How much to install the solar panel on the roof?
Hello ddt startex, for the full kit prices vary from $800 to $4500. Included in the kit would be a solar panel, solar controller, inverter, and cable hookups.
2019 models are coming with that stuff, so better deal
how much is the price start at
$20,653! Sorry about the late reply! www.thegreatoutdoorsrv.com/rockwood/19fd
Just cheched this one out at RV dealer,it blew the rest away in quaility, there is alot of junk out there, yes it was 3500$ more, but you can see why.
1.5 speed and still drags on and on. How much does it weight?
The hitch bike rack is ridiculous!
2" reciever hitch please.
How much water does it hold?
26 gal
10 thousand gallon
The 19FD holds 37 gallons of fresh water.
It also holds 30 gallons grey and 30 gallons of black.

Love this Camper but it's a "Water Heater" not a "Hot Water Heater". That just drives me nuts when people say that! LOL
Who puts a sewer hose right next to the door and below the kitchen window. Just what I want to smell while sitting on a picnic table or grilling, lol.
That's why you drain your black tank first followed by your Grey Tank. Should be just soap and water coming out of your Grey to clean the hose.

Hello James T, This particular unit sold for around 18k. Thanks for the comment.
Cool
Good narrator
Need frt bunks and slideout
Nice little travel trailer, but wouldn't buy it because of the brown cabinets and brown vinyl furniture. Makes everything look cheap.
Please stop calling them a HOT WATER HEATERS, they are Water Heaters, they don't heat hot water. Just saying. I d love these coaches and your vids.
technically they do heat hot water.

I rented one of these the fuckn sewer cap did the same thing lmfao haha

Hate it.
If you have to ask for the price you can't afford it
Alex Samaniego Because you would never want to know how something fits into your budget before buying it. That would be ridiculous.

You talk way too much. We know what we can use drawers and cabinets for.
