- Every music lover has that one good song or album that's ruined by a shitty time or person. For Stand Atlantic, everything from higher education to breakups have ruined beloved music but nothing tops bassist David Potter's unexplainable, deep, primal hatred for Swedish pop group ABBA.
Find out why ABBA was worse than Ronald Reagan, which Stand Atlantic song is tainted for singer/guitarist Bonnie Fraser and which jazz standard haunts drummer Jonno Panichi in this APTV exclusive.

mark my words. they're gonna blow up in this year
And they did
However much i love punk rock/rock in general, the whole craze for that type of music has died down
I discovered them after Hate Me Sometimes popped up in my RUclips recommendations two months ago and now I'm hooked
...and they didnt lol
@@pureviolet2742 exactlty. If they we doing reggaeton, maybe, but pop punk is not dead, alright, but mortally wounded.
Bonnie’s great
Bonnie is a babe and potter can talk
Wait...Potter can talk???????????????
Let me fix your clickbait title for ya free of charge: "Stand Atlantic's ruined music"

Saw these guys on March 9th in Atlanta. They opened for Waterparks and One ok rock. They stole the show. Great band.

Same Bonnie. I can't listen to The Great Escape and Check Yes Juliet now. Because 12 years of the same alarm tone.

That red wings jacket tho
Yess the punk drum beat in Coffee At Midnight
Coffee at midnight is how I got into your band
Wait, but ABBA started in the early 70’s and ended in the early 80’s
I was so mad when I saw the title
Misleading title. I feel like what this should be titled is "stand atlantic talks about ruined music" or something along those lines...
Yes the best thing to watch in hospital
Abbi Gibson Hospital?!? We hope you’re ok!
Why did they sounds like a british and american at the same time
They're Aussies
OMG why is Bonnie wearing a Red Wings shirt? I am from Detroit area and this makes me so happy. 😍
Totally agree with him on ABBA
Potter what no :(
Their music bis fine I mean c'mon critics are always popping out of the blue
Redwings jacket 👀👀 okay okay
I agree abba is definitely the worst thing to happen in the 80s
Bad topic name.
Reagan was amazing.
she's so fucking cute
Why is some Australian shitting on Ronald Reagan? He was a great president. Strange.
When you lose a war to the Emu and decent from English criminals you tend not to have a grasp over politics in general, let alone one that never affected him. Classic Liberal.
@@ThatLovableNerd How do you know that he's a liberal? Just because he doesn't like Ronald doesn't make him a liberal. Reagan had several good policies but he also had several terrible policies. Some of his policies affected people outside of the US. It's rather understandable why people don't like the man.
Nah the past 2 decades of crappy rappers ruined music. I can't think of a single good rap artists since 1989. BUT THATS STILL POPULAR. Black people ruined music with watered-down lyrics. Remember when music use to be a form of poetry?
Ok I’m not even a huge fan of rap music, but for you to say it was ruined by black people and that there’s no poetic value to it is lowkey racist. You can’t blame an entire race for ruining music. Also, if you think that no rap hits since 1989 have any artistic value, you clearly haven’t been listening too closely
