Lost my HTC on quad one night. As i was hosing my bike off the next day i was amazed to find the phone on the footing of it. I went thru countless waterholes, was stuck in multiple, deep bog and mud holes, plus left the bike outside all night in the rain in and this phone STILL worked. I was baffled. Yah the screen flickers a bit and there is a small water stain in the corner but it works, including speakers, wi fi blu tooth, playing games, multi tasking, etcc. I Will never buy any other brand of phone besides HTC from now on. Quality product.
I took my HTC one out of its case to clean it and I dropped it and it hit my iPad. Unfortunately my htc one has a complete cracked screen. I'm not sure if it was a fluke that mine broke because I have friends how are really aggressive and with your test your screen didn't brake as well. But thought you should know.
Because of misleading title, I'll just spoil it all. 1. Went through energy drinks for 5 secs: was on for a couple of secs when picked up, then turned off. 2. Drop test from Bus 2 times: first one was a easy throw, only made some minor damage. Second throw was a hard throw, cracked bottom and several places. But pretty much intact. 3. Heat test: Put it on a grill for a couple of minutes, got some grillmarks on it.. Probably wipe-able. final result after some days of drying: Still working!!!!

Guys the Navigation App on the Galaxy Note 8 Tablet is the stock Google Navigation app on any Android device. Why did you say that it was specific to the Galaxy Note 8 Tablet?
Calm yourself down. There is no reason to get that angry at something they are doing. If they made a mistake there is no reason to lash out at them as that gets you no where.
I do have a phone to be brutally honest with you. Currently the 3 year old Galaxy S and planning to upgrade to the HTC One due to the G4's gimmicks. But than again seriously, they are just phones, I don't understand why people would get so emotional about it especially when it isn't your money they are burning.
I can explain the 30-day video watching time... You have 30 days from the date of purchase to watch the video. BUT once you start the video you have 24 hours to watch the movie and after that it's over.
you cant put the i phone 5 and htc one in the same comparison, the i phone 6 would be the one to compare as hardware and such would be more on the same level. same can be said about whatever phones come out in the next few months as they will have newer and faster hardware.
why did i watch this, BBQ'n an htc one really? I could have told you nothing would happen, it's made of metal good luck. That drop test was fucking narly though that gives me confidence in waiting for verizon to get this phone damn, all that happened was the bottom came up a bit

Damn, I thought the screen was going to shatter after that slam dunk from the moving bus. GUESS NOT. glad I got a HTC One.

There is a function at the bottom right to prevent your hand from interrupting what you doing in s-note. You should learn about the device first
