As he is asking his brother to welcome her. It's a Ndebele culture to welcome uMakoti when or after they did (iDwendwe noBukhazi).
This song initially belonged to Mapara a jazz (John Vuli Gate) song of the year 2020 that is now recreated in the Ndebele Version.
