Owned them for decades. Shooting Optima now. Have no complaints. Had one problem with 1st Optima, threads on breach plug. Called CVA, Sent it in,CVA upgraded me, sent me a new Optima camo. To me. Customer service second to none. Got T/C hawkin, hand built 45 Kentucky rifle 4" extended, diamond honed barrel. When I go deer hunting, I walk out the door with my CVA Optima Great video Brother That 45 has placed and won at rendezvous in the early 80's.
CVA makes a great rifle! I've looked at three of them and WOW....they were flawless. Looked great, the actions were incredible....I haven't shot one yet, but am trying to fit one in the budget!!
My dear, late FIL and I built a CVA Kentucky bp from a kit back in 1979. Very accurate once I changed from the primitive sights to hunter's sights; hit charcoal bricquets out to 50 yards. Good products, IMO...
He said you was a big man ,good thing cause you definitely got a big heart, I don't think you would change even if you had a million ,you would Always be who tee who good for you man good job on all your videos
I haven't found any gripes with CVA, they hold up nice and they shoot good. I like that they actually think about us in the NW too for muzzleloaders, they have NW models with the breech open (as the regs in ID,WA,and OR require), its nice to not have to modify them.
I own 3 Cascades. Bought after watching WTW. 308, 6.5CR and 7mm-08. Absolute tack drivers. I am a short guy and with the spacer removed, they fit better than any rifle I have owned.
Brother you are killing it with all these back to back to back videos. You’re also killing my savings account cuz I literally want to buy like 4 more rifles this year cuz of you lol. Just picked up my Ruger American 7.62x39. Love the vidz man, keep them coming.
@@WHOTEEWHOIts just a few $$ more than Ruger. Few $$$ less than Bergara. Perfect middle of the road. Ill be buying more CVA's forsure. This is all your fault. HAHAH Your the one that showed me how awesome CVA is. Thanks Adam I really enjoy watching and learning from you.
TC has been making easy removal breech plugs for years, About half turn they come out no tools needed, Not 11 turns, I don’t know if Smith and Wesson is still making them, They may be the only makers of this breech plug now. Any who good video.
Been shooting my TCs for 15 or so years no problems, 150 grain, Before them I shot, WHITE, KNIGHT, And CVA in the mid 90s, Bad experience for with cva, Barrel blow up, I know after my experience they changed to Bergara barrels, Never bought any of their products after my experience, I’m sure their great now, I do like the look of their bolt guns, I took the cva back to my gun dealer, Traded it for the White, Hardest kicking smoke pole I ever shot, Haven’t shot it years but I still own it, Glad to here them talk about safety, A buddy told me they still have a open recall on those old smoke poles, Haven’t checked myself could be rumor, Anyway Keep making the videos, Very educational, After watching your Mossberg video on the 7mm prc , I pick up one in 3006, I was looking for something cheaper in the 30 caliber, The magnum ammo is getting up there in price, I hope its as accurate as your 7mm, Enjoy watching your videos, Keep them coming.
I don’t own a 22 caliber rifle and was looking at getting a 22 Magnum, but just today I found a video on the 22 Creedmoor. Wonder if you had a video on those or what your thoughts were. Primary use would be long range shooting.
i love cva but i would love to see the cascade run against the mossberg patriot and ruger American both i have and are extremely accurate for ther prices no one sells cva rifles i have to specially order bit wont to see them go head to head with outher rifles
I don't have a CVA but the lines of hunting rifles, if it's black powder or your favorite PRC, it's what America is all about! Thanks for the show!

WTW, tell CVA that they need to make a cascade in 22-250 with a 20” threaded barrel and a 1:12 twist.
A friend of mine has one n it’s definitely a great shooter !! Thanks for the great video HTH

I've had a CVA wolf for about 15 years now it's a great muzzle loader
Love mine
I'll wait for a nice looking walnut version. I'm old and old school.
The barrels are made by BERGARA in Spain top notch by far the best budget bing bangs out there

My CVA 350 Legend Bolt is nice.
Man, what heppened to the Scout line of single shots?
I'd like to know that as well. Maybe they arnt produced anymore
They still make them. Did a separate video on them

11 turns is what makes it safe

Never tried that one
Please make a 9x39 threaded barrel
Have they announced if, or when, they will start producing the CVA cascade in 7mm PRC?
Nope
Heads up there was a video edit at 7:20 that was messed up
I had bad audio to work with. Edited it this way on purpose. Best I could do 😜
“It’s Just A Better Gun”
Yup
And you have to use traditional powder no pellet no sables
You should talk them into making a 444 and a 338 Marlin too in the single shot
I believe they do make a 444
I found a CVA Scout in 35 Whalen for 275 bean's what you think
Great deal
Who tee are cva coming out with 7 mm PRC you know by chance
I do not know for sure yet
i love cva but i would love to see the cascade run against the mossberg patriot and ruger American both i have and are extremely accurate for ther prices no one sells cva rifles i have to specially order bit wont to see them go head to head with outher rifles
Cva rifles are everywhere where I live. They are in every walmart
Will they be offering it in 400 legend?
Who knows. Probably depends on how well it takes off
Where are the scouts?
Did a video on them 2 days ago. They were there
Rimfires from CVA?
Nope. But bergara does
I wound up with 2 CVA muzzle boomers.
optima and Optima V2.
Might have to sell the Optima and score one of those Acuras!
