This will trigger in first half of extra time. Give tsubasa the ball and then he has to lose it in Toho side. After that anyone can pass to ishizaki and it will trigger. Goodluck!
Are you planning on making a Guide or so? Im atm total desperate because some of them have super weird requirements. I.e DAD 12 says second Half while DAD 13 says First Half AFTER DAD 12....that makes no sense.
The first shot is in the first half. Let jito score three goals in the first half. In the second half, as soon as the match start tsubasa will use a drive shoot. Use the drive shoot close to jito and another animation will trigger knocking jito down. Use the drive shoot for a third time close to jito and another animation will be shown where tsubasa is fainting.
In the first half score a goal and shortly after they will activate the full power and give matsuyama the ball which will trigger the first DAD for furano. Stay tied with them till near the end of the second half and give tsubasa the ball. It will trigger the second animation for furano. I will be posting a guide shortly with all the steps to unlocking everything.
In the second half, keep letting the opposite team play a high flying cross to Tachibana Brothers so they keep using the skylap hurricane. Eventually, they will get tired and fail the skylap hurricane. once one of them has the ball after they fail the skylap hurricane it will trigger their twin shoot. Good luck!

I can't figure out the Toho one where you're supposed to have Ishizaki with the ball after Tsubasa had it. Can't get it to trigger at all.
