this was my first game I ever played on ps2. my brother graduated and went to work at the mine . he bought the ps2 console with this game when it was first released. I remember seeing the game cover of the grizzly and the hunter on the front and my face lit up as a kid . this is one game I will always keep in my heart. I still have it and it will always be my top 5 favorite games of all time .
The scariest thing to me about this game as a kid was that you were forced to fire while completely stationary. It made every shot a commitment, and usually meant you were forced to face down a pissed off predatory animal straight on.
I wish had a remastered ps4 version of this game with more places and animals and guns I loved this game when I was little I played it a lot on my brothers play station 2

To me this was the best Dangerous Hunts game. It was a little exaggerated but still believable. I do wish there was a trophy room for this game other than just high scores.

Sets the mood perfectly for the game. Just wish they kept the free roam hunting like in this one instead of being linear. The PSP port of the 2nd game has something like that however it's not the same as choosing what you want to hunt while exploring the map finding all the little easter eggs that give those maps character.
