I have an Epson PowerLite Home Cinema 5020ub projector with the exact same problem, the LV-FAN1, LV-FAN2 and PWR-FAN fans. I think it is a common error in this series of Epson projectors. I thank you for uploading the video, since it helped me to disassemble it because it is complicated by the numerous pieces it has. Greetings from Venezuela.
which fans were bad? I have the same model and I found three of them possibly had problems. LV-FAN1, LV-FAN2 and PWR-FAN. Please let me know if you had the same ones.

Hua Wang I can’t remember. Best thing to do is watch Part 2 to see which ones I replaced. One of them was definitely the power fan.
@@troach316 I believe mine is the same as yours. One power and two intake.
Let me know if you get it working.
@@troach316 Sure. thanks a lot for the video! Three fans are bad for the same model. That worries me a lot.
How are you gonna bring it all together ?😲😳 it's a bad nightmare 😕😴
Did you find out what was wrong with it? Mine does the same thing when I first turn on as well
Angel Cruz it was bad fans. I replaced them and it works again.
@@troach316 Thanks Thomas. Sounds pretty hard lol
@@troach316 How many fans are inside the projector? Which fan was broken?
Hua Wang 5 fans and if I remember right I replaced 3. Check out part 2 video! That shows what I did to fix it.
