It was the national flag day on the island and I decided to head out to 2 locations for
the last day fishing before flying back in a few days to The Netherlands.
Caught 4 different species on this day fishing with dead shrimp as bait.
Mojarra
Scorpion Fish
Barracuda
Pinfish
Will be coming back mid May to try and catch me some more fish.
It's always a sad goodbye when leaving the island, at least this time the sting
is a little bit less knowing I'll be back within 2 months.

We travel to Aruba a couple of times a year and always fish! The first spot I always give a try but out on the point. First fish I caught there was a scorpion.

what were the barracuda and pin fish caught on if you don’t mind me asking? i’m in aruba and leave soon so far not much luck other there large needlefish.

There are these two supermarkets I know of that also sell very tiny sardine looking fish in their freezers, mostly used by fishermen. It's NG's Supermarket or Fung's Supermarket.. both of them are located near the hotel area and both located on the Caya Frans Figaroa road...
