At the moment we are so much more than the sum of our parts, and that has got to be down to the superb management of Michael O'Neill. Sanchez delivered a few famous wins, but no qualifications. O'Neill is arguably our best ever manager, bearing in mind the level from which he is picking his players. Bingham had the luxury of the core of the team from the top division. O'Neill is blending a team from the lower divisions, and they are punching well above their weight. Long may it continue, it is truly uplifting to watch.
